Your first session
Start with clean skin. Use only on large, fleshy muscle groups such as the shoulders, back, arms, thighs, and calves. Start with low suction and adjust gradually for comfort.
Spend 3–5 minutes per spot, with a maximum of 20 minutes total per session. The device switches off at 20 minutes. Follow the manual and allow each area to fully recover between sessions. Wait until any tenderness or marks have cleared before using it on that area again. Avoid bones, joints, the face, throat, damaged skin, varicose veins, and swollen areas.
Charging and care
Charge with the supplied USB-C cable. A full charge takes approximately 2–3 hours according to the manual; do not charge for longer than 8 hours or use the device while charging.
Wipe the cup and body with a disinfectant wipe or a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use. Clean the cup before each user if sharing. Never rinse or immerse the device. Keep the foam filter in place with the large or small cup; the manual notes that it is not required with the gliding cup.

Ask us a questionDoes one order include one device or two?
One kit includes two Smart Cupping Therapy Massagers, two USB-C cables, two large cups, two small cups, two gliding cups, six foam filters, and one instruction manual.
What is the difference between the two modes?
Deep Suction maintains steady pressure. Soothing Pulse rhythmically releases and reapplies suction. Tap the power / mode button to change modes, and start at a low suction level while you get familiar with the device.
Where can I use the cupping device?
Use it on large, fleshy muscle groups such as the shoulders, back, arms, thighs, and calves. Avoid bones, joints, the face, eyes, throat, varicose veins, swollen areas, and broken or damaged skin. See the included manual for the full safety instructions.
How long is a session?
The manual recommends 3–5 minutes on each spot, with a maximum of 20 minutes total per session. The device switches off automatically at 20 minutes. Let each area fully recover between sessions and avoid areas that are still tender or marked.
How do I remove the device?
Hold the device firmly and press the pressure-release button to pause and release suction. Keep hold of it as the cup detaches. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, numbness, excessive redness, or discomfort.
Can I use it while it charges?
No. Disconnect the charging cable before use. A full charge takes approximately 2–3 hours according to the manual. Do not leave it charging for longer than 8 hours.
How do I change the cups?
Twist the attached cup counterclockwise to remove it, then twist the replacement clockwise to secure it. Keep the foam filter seated between the body and the large or small cup. The filter is not required with the gliding cup.
The manual recommends wiping the filter clean about once a month and replacing it if it looks worn.
Before you use
your cupping device
Use on large, fleshy muscle groups only. Do not use over bones, joints, varicose veins, swollen areas, broken, irritated, infected, or damaged skin, open wounds, recent surgical sites, or severe bruising. Avoid the face, eyes, throat, and genital areas. Do not use while charging. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, numbness, excessive redness, or discomfort.
