Red Light Therapy Torch
A small tool for a more intentional routine. Targeted red and near-infrared light, a stainless steel body, and one simple button.
- 630 nm + 660 nm red light, 850 nm near-infrared
- One-button control and two rechargeable batteries
- Travel case and protective eyewear included
What comes in the box?
- 1 Red Light Therapy Torch
- 2 rechargeable batteries
- 1 charging dock
- 1 pair of protective eyewear
- 1 travel case
- 1 instruction manual
Get to know your torch
The stainless steel body houses three LED diodes that emit wavelengths of 630 nm, 660 nm, and 850 nm.
Press the power button to switch all three wavelengths on or off together. The device does not cycle between wavelengths.
The 850 nm near-infrared diode is invisible to the human eye, so only two diodes will appear lit.
The torch runs on a rechargeable battery. The body unscrews to change it, so one battery can charge in the dock while you use the other.
Your first session
Fully charge one of the included batteries, then load it into the torch. You don’t need to charge both before getting started.
Begin with clean, bare skin and follow the distance and timing instructions in your manual for the selected area. The manual recommends the included protective eyewear if light may enter your field of view.
Never shine the light into eyes or through closed eyelids. Do not use on one spot for more than 5 minutes.
Care and storage
After use, wipe the lens with a soft, dry cloth. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth on the body.
Do not immerse or rinse the torch. Let it dry completely before using it again.
Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
How to use
your torch
Start with a charged battery and clean, bare skin. Follow these three steps and the instructions in your manual.
Charge one battery, then load it into the torch.
Position on clean, bare skin as directed.
Follow the manual's timing for your area.

Three wavelengths. One small ritual.
Red and near-infrared light, brought together in a compact stainless steel torch. Here’s exactly what’s inside.
Visible red light that penetrates the skin.
Red light that reaches below the skin’s surface.
Invisible near-infrared light that generally penetrates deeper than visible red light.

Ask us a questionWhy do only two LEDs appear to light up?
The torch has three LEDs: 630 nm, 660 nm, and 850 nm. The first two produce visible red light. The 850 nm near-infrared wavelength is invisible to the human eye, so it will not look lit in the same way.
How long should I use it on one area?
The timing and distance depend on the area you are using it on. Follow the treatment guide in the included manual. Never exceed 5 minutes on a single spot, and switch the torch off for at least 1 minute between areas.
Stop if the warmth becomes uncomfortable. Longer sessions are not necessarily better.
Can I use it over clothes or skincare?
Start with clean, bare skin. Remove clothing from the selected area and use the torch before applying makeup, sunscreen, or lotion. Follow the positioning instructions in the manual.
How do I charge and care for the torch?
Charge the batteries in the included charging dock. The torch body unscrews to swap in a charged battery, so one can charge while you use the other.
After use, gently wipe the lens and body with a soft, dry cloth. Keep liquids away from the lens, do not immerse the torch, and store it in a cool, dry place.
Do I need protective eyewear?
Never look directly into the beam, point it toward anyone's eyes, or shine it through closed eyelids. The manual recommends the included protective eyewear if light may enter your field of view during use.
